SURPRISE!!!

today was the day i went to sign up for school YAY. I was signing up for the class that started the first week of march, until the manager told me that there was not class in march, that the next one didnt start till may..i was a little POed, im not gunna lie! then he told me that a class just started this past week and maybe he could squeeze me in, then i got a little excited! thats exactly what he did, so after they sped me through all the registration, i ran upstairs and joined the other ladies in my class. so i am now officially a student at carousel beauty school :) there are only 3 other girls in my class, which i good for me cuz i do better with less people so there is more time available with the teacher for any questions or help.

for the next 12 weeks in mainly class room stuff with a little hands on learning thrown in from time to time. so this past week and then next week we are learning about chemicals in hair dyes and shampoos/conditioners and learn what to use in all different types of hair. we were supposed to do some shampooing [on each other??] today but didnt have enough time since they kinda had to wait around on me! so saturday i get my own personal little orientation and my kit with EVERYTHING i need in it. yep, combs, blow dryer, straightener, scissors, trimmer, razor...all that fun stuff. oh and the WORST part, i get my own mannequin head, and if you know me i think those things are freaky!! it comes in a box in my kit bag and im not looking forward to opening that box lol

but im pretty freakin excited, im glad i dont have to deal with student loans [THANKS DAD!! :) ] and i get to go shopping tomorrow for clothes[again, thanks dad] that i will need for school...only white, black or gray colored clothes, sweet!
