i suck, i know..

so i was pretty much told by my father in law to update my blog more often, so i shall try. not promising anything, i dont have tons of things to talk about. i could go on and on about school, but thats bound to get old pretty fast!

well the highlight of the year is antionette is DONE with diapers..[[happy dance]]!! its been about a week and a half since we bought her diapers, she still has accidents at night though, but she needs to learn and we'll get over it. well jon will get over it cuz i sleep right through it and jon gets up to change her sheets. so the money we are saving on diapers will be going towards laundry detergent and more sheets for the next few months im sure. but canberra is jumping on the potty train, and im hoping next pay check to buy her some underwear and pull ups. underwear during the day and pull ups at night. has anyone tried the cool alert pull ups? do they really work?

on the down side, canberra is wanting to potty train lol. she hates being in diapers, but wont quite tell us when she needs to poop. sometimes she'll pee in the potty, but during nap time when ive got the gate up she'll take her diaper off and fall asleep naked and pee all over her bed. the worse is poop..she'll poop in her diaper, take it off and play with it likes its play dough..its nasty! she used to do it all the time, stopped for awhile and now shes back on it. she wont tell us when she needs to poop, i pretty much just smell it and know im about to scream at a 2 year old! im just glad we invested in a carpet cleaner..its used frequently!

as for me, school is going good. us night students have a new instructor and she is awesome, so far my favorite. she is more hands on, more willing to show us new stuff and make sure we understand it before walking away assuming we know whats going on. this week im taking in one of my mannequins and having her show me how to do a razor cut. the "shaggy" do is real popular right now, so i need to get that down.

jon is doing good. still waiting for his hours to come back, we are hoping by this summer he'll get more overtime. we have our 5 year anniversary coming up in july so we want to be able to have money for that. im hoping my brother is coming out in august, and everytime he comes out he wants to go to cedar point and the NFL hall of fame..im hoping this year we have the money for it. jon is also growing his moustache back out [GAG ME] so he can make it all curly and gross again. he thought he was gunna grow a mullet out too, but thats what he gets for thinking. i made him come to my school thursday and i cut that crap off! ill deal with the moustache, but the mullet..thats a no no! hes also working on making his motorcycle look "cooler"..i really dont think he can achieve that considering his bike isnt even close to the cool range anyway..he already looks like an idiot riding it!
